This position is full time and remote. Univfy is based in Los Altos, California.

About the Role
Under the direction of the Director of Communications, the Communications Project Manager will assist in executing marketing, communications, and PR projects, and monitoring and reporting metrics. The communications project manager enjoys working quickly and nimbly to accomplish multiple tasks at one time, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. This individual should be able to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to accomplish client-facing, consumer-facing, and internal projects

  • Develop and present marketing plans to clients

  • Maintain SOPs to support efficiency and effectiveness of the Communications Team and cross-team collaborative projects

  • Use software/online platforms to accomplish projects independently and collaboratively

  • Track, templatize, and organize messaging for various audiences, including B2B and D2C

  • Creatively apply messaging to produce effective communications pieces including product marketing materials, internal- and external-facing presentations, and online submissions

  • Create mockups to address specific goals and gather feedback from stakeholders

  • Track metrics that measure the success of projects and strategies

  • Maintain Communications Team roadmap, including deadlines and deliverables 

  • Support the Communications Director in managing projects that are dependent on contractors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • At least 3 years of project management, communications, business, or related experience

  • Exceptional organizational and written/verbal communication skills

  • You have a passion for our mission to help women and couples reach their dream of having a family

  • You are an analytical problem solver who has great accuracy and attention to detail

  • You are a strong writer who can break down complex, technological information in a way that is compelling to a range of stakeholders

  • You can juggle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment

  • You have a good eye for aesthetics and packaging information to accomplish goals

  • You are a master of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

  • You are proficient with content management systems (CMS), Mailchimp, survey software, and Adobe Suite

  • You are willing to collaborate virtually 

  • You are willing to collaborate across time zones (US, Europe, and Asia) as needed

  • Occasional domestic and international travel may be required

Bonus Qualifications

  • Multi-media storytelling experience (video-editing and basic design)

  • Experience in digital health, healthcare AI, AI/ML, and/or biomedicine

  • Experience in clinical research communications, product marketing for FDA-regulated health products

  • Experience working in start-ups
