European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK) and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of personal data received in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework should first contact your clinic first and you are also welcome to contact us directly at info@univfy.com.

If you have an unresolved privacy or data use concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, we have further committed to refer unresolved DPF complaints to an independent alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States as follows:

For EU and UK Individuals: Please visit https://www.jamsadr.com/DPF-Dispute-Resolution for more information or to file a compliant. The services of JAMS are provided at no cost to you.

Under certain conditions, more fully described on the Data Privacy Framework website, you may be entitled to invoke binding arbitration when other dispute resolution procedures have been exhausted.
